Council Building Consent Applications
A building consent is required for a new installation, or replacement of an existing woodburner. We act as an agent on your behalf to submit the necessary documents to council for obtaining a building consent for your new fireplace.

If you are replacing your old or non-compliant woodburner or installing a brand new fire, we are an approved supplier to the HBRC Sustainable homes programme grant and loans program. We can assist with quoting and what your application options will be for your install.
